We use this information to provide lawn care, landscaping, soft washing, and pressure washing services; to schedule and confirm appointments; to send service reminders, job status updates, and billing communications; and to respond to your inquiries.

SMS Consent and Third-Party Sharing

If you opt in to receive text messages from The Greensward Group, your phone number and SMS consent will be used solely to send you appointment reminders, service updates, and related communications. No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates. Mobile phone numbers are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Website forms and property measurements

Our DeepLawn property tool lets you provide your address, property details, and contact information to request services. Information entered in that tool is processed through DeepLawn for your request. Entering a phone number for an estimate does not by itself give consent to service text updates.

Our email estimate builder prepares a draft in your browser. It does not submit your request or upload photos to our website. We receive that request only after you send it through your email application. If you use a hosted request form, your submission is processed through that service.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide services to you and to comply with our legal and accounting obligations.

Your Choices

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at info@greenswardgroup.com or (980) 518-7111.
